Due to the use of steel structure, you will experience the plan as open. The garden is the living room, the small lake the bathroom. The kitchen you’ll find next door. OYO chose for a minimalistic approach, omitting fancy details. There is no need of ornament. This and others choices result in a low budget home that sticks perfectly to the basic idea of living, functioning very open minded. Every room in this house is connected and ready to absorb the creativity of its residents.”
House GePo: Minimalist and Contemporary Design Idea
House GePo implements both minimalist and contemporary home design idea. The house is composed by two storey. There are ground floor and first floor. The home is surrounded by clean and neat garden and the clean pond. The home is constructed by wood, concrete, and glass for its building materials. As we enter the house, we will be welcomed by clean glass sliding door and floor-to-ceiling windows. The home interior looks warm because the use of concrete floor and wood ceiling. The ground floor serves view of living room and sitting room as supportive workplace. The living room features fabric sofa, arm chairs, lounge chair, and traditional fireplace as well as the fur rug that covers the concrete floor below. The sitting room features rocking chair, table and desk, and floating shelf containing books. Overall, this home is a favorable workplace that will accommodate you to increase your work productivity.
